Visiting or Purchasing from this website means that the purchaser has read, understood and agreed with these terms and conditions. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

This website is owned and operated by My Aesthetics. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to My Aesthetics

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without any notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time for any period. From time to time we may restrict access to some parts or all parts of this website.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws.  We do not provide our online products to minors. If you are under the age of 18, you may not purchase from this website.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you (or to any third-party) for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of Service.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Website. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information or other content available on this Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. My Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price – any amounts paid in this regards will be refunded.

Delivery

Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within three to five working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery. Delivery is free for orders in excess of R750 and a flat courier fee applies to orders below R750. Please also note that no PO Box addresses will be accepted as a delivery address. Please ensure that someone will be present to accept the delivery of your order at the residential or business address provided.

My Aesthetics is not responsible for late deliveries nor do we guarantee any delivery dates or times, as the cause may be out of our control (normally due to incorrect addresses supplied, delivery vehicle failure, strikes etc.) We do not deliver to any countries outside of South Africa.

Cancelled orders on the website will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. My Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Returns

My Aesthetics will accept returns for unused unopened items within 30 Days of purchase. Shipping and 10% handling fees will apply for returns/ refunds.  Any Samples or Gifts with purchases must also be returned to ensure a full refund.  You must contact us for any items that need to be returned. Unauthorised returns may experience delays in processing.

A copy of your receipt and reason for return will be required.  We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on items that have been opened or used.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via EFT, or where possible, the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We take extreme care to ensure the goods are packaged securely to arrive in excellent condition. Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted to us within 7 business days after receipt of your delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please return the box, packing materials, and the damaged items to My Aesthetics. Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product.

Please note:   We do not accept returns under any circumstances for bottles that are faulty, pumps not working, Tubes that have burst or damaged boxes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Aesthetics, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

My Aesthetics collects the details provided by you on registration together with the information we learn about you from your use of our products or services and the transactions you undertake when visiting our stores.

We may collect additional information arising from your participation in promotions, events or competitions offered by us and information you provide when giving us feedback or completing forms. We make use of various data enhancement services to ensure that customer data is as accurate as possible. We also recruit new customers through collaborative campaigns with 3rd parties.

Use of your Information

My Aesthetics uses customer information to personalise its service and make communications more relevant to individual customers via mail, email, telephone, fax or in person. This includes direct marketing activities like promotional offers, news and information about products and services that we think will be of interest to customers. My Aesthetics may also contact customers to obtain feedback that will help improve its products and services and for operational reasons. Customers may occasionally also receive very carefully selected and relevant 3rd party communications done in conjunction with ourselves.

Our authorised staff and specific third party suppliers serving the direct marketing industry have access to the information for the purposes described above. My Aesthetics is committed to protecting customer privacy and does not sell or disclose information to anyone for purposes other than as outlined above, unless legally obliged to do so. Customers are afforded the opportunity to easily opt out of any specific communication channel should they wish to.
